Governing the use of g.h. consultancy services and digital resources.
g.h. provides technical consultancy services in industrial runoff topography, drainage infrastructure compliance, and hydraulic modeling. All deliverables are prepared in accordance with the British Columbia Water Sustainability Act and applicable municipal bylaws.
Services are rendered on a project-specific basis as defined in a signed statement of work. No implied services or ongoing obligations arise from the use of this website or from general correspondence.
The client is responsible for providing accurate site data, access to relevant property, and timely responses to technical inquiries. Failure to supply complete or correct information may delay deliverables and void performance timelines.
All reports, models, drawings, and data sets produced by g.h. remain the intellectual property of g.h. until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the specific project described in the statement of work.
No license is granted for reuse of deliverables on unrelated projects or for distribution to third parties without prior written consent.
g.h. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or deliverables. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the effective date. g.h. reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client fails to comply with regulatory requirements or provides false information.
These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect 30 days after publication. Continued use of the website or engagement of services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
